Roles and arrangements
Maids and housekeepers, household helpers, cooks, cook-maids, babysitters and nannies, non-clinical patient or elderly care, and drivers.
Not automatically. A maid's role covers cleaning and upkeep. If you need cooking or childcare, say so, as it changes the role and the candidates we look for.
Live-in staff stay at your home, with accommodation and rest time agreed in advance. Live-out staff come for working hours and return home afterwards.
No. Patient and elderly care through us is non-clinical daily assistance and companionship. Caregivers are not presented as nurses.

Hiring and checks
It depends on the role, arrangement, area and which candidates are available at the time. We will give you a realistic idea once we understand your needs.
Yes. We encourage every family to interview the candidate and agree duties, timings and terms before work begins.
No check can remove every risk. Ask which checks apply to a candidate and which are pending or unavailable, and use your own judgement too.
Not for a first enquiry. Share only the role, area and practical requirements. Sensitive documents should be discussed only when genuinely needed.
Charges depend on the role and arrangement. Please ask us directly; no standard fee is published on this website.
